I've been there the last 2 days for 12 hours of work each day and need a break physically and mentally. I'll be going back there the day after tomorrow I saw a Porsche Targa version where only 1000 have been build of and it is at least 30 years old that has been flooded I won't say where it stands and it is just sad to see such a vehicle flooded... This is as far as the trivial content I'm willing to share goes because the rest is just Mind bending and unimaginable. When you work your butt off you don't actually realize what the severity of the things down there are. It hits you when you calm down and get to think about the stuff that has happened. You hear stories so shocking that you want to deny them! Help is still needed we've managed to get the rest out of the mud from a hotels Basement I've been working at only yesterday (The Hotel belongs to a friend of mine)! Overall there is still a lot missing! There is no water to clean the stuff that can be cleaned. There is no electricity without generators. The mud dries on the street and the trucks create a Dust-storm when they are driving by. The thing that is most needed is still people to help clean but the coordination of the needed Help is scattered and not centralized.

Don't forget to start spraying all the surfaces in the flooded rooms with Sodium Carbonate solution to prevent mold. It is expensive in the hardware stores, but can be made very cheaply by mixing your own. The grocery stores stock this as "Washing Soda". Mix and spray copious amounts. You also need to ventilate those rooms. All those boarded up windows need to be opened.

I once read a man can be judged by the kindness and support he gives to others whom do not have the ability to compensate him. This includes animals also. I have stopped watching channels on various networks that don't help those in need. I commend you for going out,, organizing and following through to help others without expecting any payment. Kudos to all of your crews who give a damn about others and support others in a time when all they have is diminished hope. Blessings for strength and hope from Northern Israel.
